annual Ice Cream Social & Show and Tell, with an invitation
to our sister guild, Monadnock Quilters', will be joining us
for this exciting night of sharing.

Quinn. Froncie is the owner of Hoopla, a small
business specializing in antique quilt patterns.
Lecture titles include: In the Time of Toile (toile &
chintz quilts at the Shelburne Museum); From Perseverance to
Preservation; Eighteen Minutes of Fame (her appearance on
Simply Quilts); Let's Talk Turkey (fabric styles and colors
in the 19th Century); Oft Think of Me (stories behind museum
reproduction quilts); Our Lecture is: "Florrie:
The story of Florence Peto" (quilt historian, lecturer,

Nov. 10th: Leslie J.
Cook. Recognized for her unique sense of color and
fabric choices, and has work hung at Hancock Shaker Village,
Old Deerfield, and the Lowell Textile Museum, as well as
other Western Massachusetts venues. Inspired by
Mid-nineteenth-century album quilts and appliquéd crib
quilts, she is currently working on a series of appliquéd
blocks of her own design.
